Live
Chaos, then quiet, then chaos
A Red Dot set swings between all-out energy and introspection. The intros pull the room into the mood, and the drops throw it in deep. Some songs get the floor moving; others get people listening hard to the words.
Red Dot performs over playback, with his manager on stage as DJ and hype man. The team brings its own vocal chain and playback rig, so all a festival stage needs to provide is a PA.
The control you have over the crowd was perfect. You knew how to keep the energy at a steady pace, you knew exactly when to pull things up and pull them back in a set and how to perform. You’re definitely the best opener I’ve seen on the tour.

About
Red Dot is a rapper from the San Francisco Bay Area who also produces some of his own beats. His music draws on cloud rap, dark trap and Memphis rap: gritty and vicious on one track, hypnotic and ethereal on the next. His newest songs pair autotuned melodies with distorted, experimental 808s. Fully independent since 2022, he has passed 7 million Spotify streams and puts out around 22 songs a year.
Goth, punk and metal shape his image as much as his sound, cut with a high-fashion streetwear edge. His shoots and videos aim for a look that is mysterious yet recognizable, and that matches what you hear. Lyrically he deals in emotional trauma, unhinged thought and past vices, offered as a direct, vulnerable line to the listener.
His audience has grown fastest in Europe. Germany is his second-biggest country, Frankfurt and Berlin are his top two cities worldwide, and he has recorded with German artists Danny Deadweight (“Sacrificial Business”) and Maskdown (“MEMENTO MORI”). His current EP rollout wraps in December 2026, with a new album and EP to follow in 2027.
